IMPORTANT:

1. All registrations are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable in case of inability to attend.

​

2. It is preferred that the registration form be filled digitally.

 
3. The cheque/DD is to be deposited at the nearest IDFC bank branch OR can be mailed to us on the address in the downloadable form with all enclosures.

​

4. Please email the aforementioned documents (for OFFLINE registrations) to frameconclave@gmail.com. All attachments in a single email: 

• a. Filled registration form (fill individual forms for each unique registration).

• b. Scanned copy of the cheque/DD (if sent by courier) or a deposit slip.  

• c. NEFT / RTGS Advise for all bank payments (in case of online transfer of funds).

5. Registrations will be confirmed once the payment is realised.  
 

6. Delegates receive a confirmation mail with a unique HALL TICKET against each registration.  
 

7. Registration fee includes working lunch and refreshments for two days + high-tea for the first day. 

​

8. A detailed schedule will be released closer to the conference date. The pre-lunch session on Friday, 16th August 2019, will screen select films with the opening session and talks commencing at 14:00.
